Credit Card Rights and Refunds
All electronic payments must comply with the appropriate rules:
1. Read the rules before you buy.
2. You have protection against theft.
3. You can request a refund if you did not receive the goods or services.
4. If someone has used your credit card without your knowledge, contact your bank immediately.

Payment and Refunds
1) EroDate.hr services are paid. The User understands and agrees that Paid Services can be provided only after the User pays "EroDate.hr" for the Paid Services in accordance with the procedure specified on the Platform. "EroDate.hr" has the right to unilaterally change the amount of payment for any Paid Services and the payment procedure at any time.
2) The User understands and agrees that upon the expiration of the period for which the User has paid to use certain Paid Services (if this period is not extended by the User), the User may be restricted from using the Paid Services and as a result the User may lose the ability to use certain Services in any way, including, but not limited to, the loss of access to all or part of the Content available on the Platform or accessible only to the User, as well as the loss of all or part of his/her personal information or other Content.
3) Some Paid Services are subscription-based. Failure to use the services does not release the User from subscription payment obligations and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4) If the User's ability to access the Platforms and (or) use the Paid Services provided by the Platform is restricted or suspended for reasons other than violation of these Rules, "EroDate.hr" undertakes to extend the provision of Paid Services to the User for the period during which the Paid Services for which the User had paid were not provided

The User may request a refund to their VISA or MASTERCARD within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are possible only in the following cases:

- the paid service was not provided;
- a technical issue prevented access to the paid service;
- the User was charged for an incorrect service;
- the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. If the paid service has already been used, no refund will be granted unless required by applicable law.


By purchasing userships with a credit card, you activate automatic payments. After the specified period, your usership will be automatically extended for 3/6/12 months (depending on the plan you have chosen). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. You can cancel your subscription:

- in your profile;
- by writing an email to [email protected]
- by writing to the admin profile
- Cardinity subscription cancellation
- Centralpay subscription cancellation
- CentralPay support
