Content Moderation Policy

COPYRIGHT POLICY

- If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing so that we can investigate and, if necessary, remove the relevant material. Your copyright infringement notice should include:
- Identifying information for the work whose copyright you claim has been infringed;
- Identifying information for the material on our website that you believe is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (it would be helpful to provide specific URLs or usernames);
- Your contact information (name, address, email address, telephone number). Please send copyright infringement complaints to us at [email protected]. The Platform will respond to notices and promptly remove the content identified in the notice. Persons who repeatedly infringe copyright will be subject to appropriate enforcement action.
- If the notice includes the notifier's electronic contact information, the Platform will immediately acknowledge receipt of the notice by sending a confirmation to the email address provided.
- Upon making a decision regarding the removal of Content, restriction of access, or any other enforcement action related to a received notice, the Platform will promptly inform the relevant user of such decision and provide a reasoned explanation. This explanation will set out the factual circumstances of the decision, the legal basis applied, and information about available remedies.

CONTENT MODERATION AND REMOVAL POLICY

- The Platform uses both automated systems and moderators to ensure compliance with these Terms and the safety of the Platform. However, we do not pre-approve all Content and are not responsible for content published by Users. Users are encouraged to report content or behaviour that violates these Terms.
- The Platform reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor any User-generated Content and interactions. The Platform may remove or restrict access to any Content that, in our opinion, violates these Terms or applicable law, or remove the account distributing such Content.
- Upon receiving a report or otherwise becoming aware of potential violations, the Platform will review the relevant content. Obvious violations — particularly serious ones, such as those involving children — will be removed immediately and permanently. Other reports will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Where we determine that content violates our policies or applicable law, we will remove it or block access to it.
- If your Content or account is removed, the Platform will provide you with a clear and specific explanation (except where the Content constitutes deceptive large-scale commercial spam), including: information about the decision taken (including information about any reports received on which the decision was based); information about the automated tools used; a reference to the legal basis or the basis in the Rules; and an explanation of why the content is considered unlawful or incompatible with the Rules.
- If you believe that Content was removed or a measure was applied in error, you may submit an appeal. To do so, contact the Platform through the indicated reporting channel or, if none is indicated, by writing to our support email, setting out the reasons why the action was unwarranted.
- Upon receiving an appeal, the Platform will conduct a secondary review of the decision. The Platform will either restore the content or account, or uphold the decision. The outcome of the appeal is final.
- Repeated or particularly serious violations are not subject to appeal.
